Anna Clyne wrote her cello concerto DANCE for Inbal Segev in 2019, and Segev has since performed the work around the world. Her recording of DANCE with Marin Alsop leading the London Philharmonic Orchestra has been heard more than 13 million times on Spotify. In the 2026–27 season, Segev performs the New York City premiere of the piece, joining the Experiential Orchestra under the direction of its founding conductor, James Blachly (Oct 23). 

Segev’s season is also filled with a wide range of chamber music performances. A frequent collaborator with Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center (CMS), this season she performs and tours two programs with that ensemble: the first of Baroque concertos featuring wind soloists (Dec 6 & 8); and the second of chamber works of orchestral scale by Bach, Stravinsky, Haydn, Mendelssohn, and Mozart (May 16). Other chamber music engagements this season include a program of Brahms, Schubert, and Dvořák for the Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth with an ensemble that includes Yekwon Sunwoo, the first Korean to win the gold medal at the Van Cliburn Competition (Oct 10); performances with pianist Miri Yampolsky at Cornell’s Ithaca Mayfest chamber music festival (May 19–26); and a concert in Tel Aviv comprising Mozart’s E-flat major Piano Quartet and Dvořák’s Piano Quintet (June 5). Segev also performs her own works numerous times this season, including the world premiere of her Sonata for cello and piano in a solo recital in Cold Spring, New York with pianist Yalin Chi (Oct 18); a reprise of the same piece in Dallas’s Blue Candlelight Series (Nov 15); and world premieres of both East West for solo cello and a new string quartet at the Guadalajara International Music Festival (March 21–31).
